I just bought it for like $10 from WalMart. It's gold plated. I opened it already so I can't return it but how long do they last?Are Vidal Sassoon hair straighteners good??
My friend said that it lasted a long time!

Why won't my brand new VIDAL SASSOON hair clippers cut?

I just bought them...opened, inspected, I didn't oil them...cause I figured they come rdy for atleast one use....and well it cut maybe 3% of my entire hair...and I have been running the clippers over my head without any attachments for atleast 10 min..with minimal hair falling off I am not kidding like maybe 3% of the hair came off...has this ever happened to anyone else? Any suggestions before I go into walmart with like a small patch of hair missing...to return them?

If so which one is better and is it better than the Caruso SalonPro 30 Molecular Steam Hairsetter which got great ratings except for the fact that it crapped out within months.





Or is there any other Steam Setters/Rollers out there in the market that works great.





My hair is thick and straight and I like it curly, but don't want to damage it too much and I've read steam setters will not damage your hair, so if anyone has used any of the above or have any suggestions that would be great!

I haven't tried those steam rollers, but the Caruso rollers are popular. Steam rollers are great because they are very gentle on your hair %26amp; the curl is very long lasting.

i had a gvp ,, they are compare to the chi , and they dont work good ,, and a corioliss and the vidal sasson works better than those

dont waste your money. if your hair is thicker then thread then theyre crap. they make your hair dull, not even straight and are very damaging.

i want to buy once off ebay because i want loose waves -like beach style waves but i dont know if they have more of a tightly crimped effect(like the zig-zag, frizzy crimp from the 90's)Are vidal sassoon hair tousled wavers any good?
I'm not sure if vidal sassoon hair tousled wavers are any good but you could make those beach waves from a straightener aswell, put the straightener in horizontally then turn in 180 degrees and pull a little bit then turn out 180 degrees and pull, repeat this until you get to the end. At the end you can either turn it again or straighten out the end a little.


If you don't understand me, which I don't really myself, you could try youtube on videos to make beach like waves. OR you can buy the wavers, try it out and don't dump anything, if you don't like it then you can return it, but make sure to check the return policy!!!!
