In Need of a short hair cut!?

I don't know what I should get my hair is about shoulder lenght when straight and inbetween my chin and shoulders when i let it dry.

Thats what I have, but im tired of short hair %26amp; Im trying to grow it out. Letting it grow out %26amp; then getting it cut is always another option too. :D
