Hairdressers, how do I know if a short hair cut will work for my face shape?

I wanna cut my hair short...this is the type of style I was considering....color and all

How do I know if I will look good with short hair or not? I really do not want my face to appear to be round and fat LOL.

It looks like you have an oval face shape to me. And your lucky if that's correct because people with oval faces can wear any hairstyles, short, long, medium whatever. I have a chubby face and was worried about how my hair would look after I cut it above my shoulders. I have an oval face and it looked so good. I think that hairstyle will suit you very well.
i think this style will suit you, you have a very similar facial structure to jlo, im constantly at the hairdressers and always reading the mags, my advice is to go to your local hairdressers and show them this pic of jlo, they will give you a better idea as to make the style shorter,longer,layerd etc..



with the colour i cant quite tell yours, cus theres a light shining on it in the pic, but by the looks of things, id just have some high and low lights put in.

Hi! I think that cut and color would look perfect on you! It's really not too-too short of a cut anyway. Short cuts only make your face appear rounder if they have a focal point that is cut by your cheeks. This doesn't. I say, ';Go for it!';
