Getting a short hair cut! Help!?

right now my hair is 3 inches down from my shoulders and a little wavy. I really wanna chop it all off for some reason. I want drastic change. Im only 13 but my mom siad its my hair so i can do wahtever i want. something very choppy, punkish, rocker-like would be great. a little bit of color would be cool too, maybe just in the bangs or a streak. my mom doesnt care what i do but my dad does.Getting a short hair cut! Help!?

I have short hair and I usually grow it out to below my shoulders and cut it intensely short again.



One thing though is be prepared to hate it. I'm miserable for like, a month after I cut it but then you realize that this is who you are and it doesn't matter how it looks. And then I love it xD So just remember that it's worth it in the end and it really doesn't matter how it comes out %26lt;3



But for hairstyles, I might recommend something like Billie Joe's if your going for a punk look. I'm growing mine out now and its currently at about that length. You can buy hair glue, take a little and just mess it through your hair and it looks great. But it should probably be straight.
