Short hair cut help?

want to get my hair cut, right now its just past my shoulders. i want a hair cut just above my shoulders. i'm thinking choppy/chunky pieces or layers. maybe a little scene-ish without the poof on top of my head cause i cant do that. or a funky cute bob. please help me (pics are good) i've looked but don't find it
