Does it require a hair license?Are there businesses that just brush hair to relax people?
I've never heard of such a thing, but it sure sounds nice! There's something very soothing about hair brushing and scalp massage.
Usually you need some kind of licence when touching people for money is involved. Look into beauty school for ';esthetician'; training- it's usually less rigorous than hair/barber training.
