I've been cutting my own hair for the last 25 years, I wet it down, put some conditioner to keep it wet, the front of my hair, I comb down over my forehead, I cut the hair right above the eyebrows, that's the length I like, and then I cut all the hair on top the same length, slowly tapering the side and back hair down to a fairly short cut. All done with a scissors. Of course using mirrors, I want to see what I'm doing in front and back. For the hairs at the bottom, at the back, I do have a hair razor to get a clean cut.
Anything that uses a razor with size adjustments is something you can do at home from a full buzz (all the same size) to a flat top (longer on top, shorter on the sides).





Beyond that it is hard to imagine you could anything else at home by yourself. If you have someone else just judge their ability or visit a Great Clips or similar.
You should have specified your gender. If you're female, I recommend a Buzz Cut! Impossible to louse up-- the only mistake is leaving any hair behind, and you can then go back and rectify that. Plus it's cute on females.
i dunno if thats such a good idea...i guess try the bowl cut and put a bowl on your head, maybe shave it....or just take the sissors straight across....good luck.....

watch out- they are ugly.
Stick a bowl on your head and shave around it. Believe me, mushroom cuts are all the rage.
short back and sides spikey on the top easy to do just need a pea sized amount of wax or gel 2 spike it
