Yes they can!!!!When I used to be very very curvy I had a really short haircut and it looked wonderful according to everyone! Go for it, as long as the face is right, in examplke not too chubby, especially from the side view.And even if the face is a little on the chubby side, just slim it with longer sides on a short hair cut. Dont not have a haircut you really want, theres always ways around it.A really skinny girl may not even get away with it short if they dont have the right shape face, it has nothing to do with your body if you ask me, all about your face and how you wear it. :) x
Im bit curvier not to much I'm not really that large but i've cut'n my hair before and it was really cute actually it's grown back since then but i'm about to cut again. Just for Summer. I think it might just depend on the shape of the face and how curvy your body is.
If by curvier-you mean larger, then yes. Im not sure what a pixie cut is, but a bob would totally work. I suggest having a mid-length bob cut on a diagonal and straightening it for maximum awesomeness.
the shorter your hair is, the fatter your face looks....

i wouldn't have a really short hair if you are curvy.

but that's my opinion.

maybe you should just cut you hair and if it looks bad, it'll grow back out.

Usually really short cuts look better on a slim figure, but just above shoulder length can be nice on curvier girls.
