A cute short hair cut for very thick brown hair?

I have very thick brown hair thAt I need to be short for work. Keep in mind I'm sixteen years old. I used to have my hair short as a child and was called dora becuase I had dark tan skin and a round face. HELPPP!!!!!!A cute short hair cut for very thick brown hair?
if you have a valuptuous body type i reccomend hair till just above your shoulders, and style it differently. Play to your strengths if you have nice eyes then add a little color. Good luck. Im sure this time you wont look like ';dora';.
