Do it. I personally think you would look better in shorter hair.
Honestly, I like both cuts, but the first one looks better. It frames your face well and shows off your eyes. It also shows confidence and a bold attitude. I don't think you'll look like a guy; I think it will look quite stunning on you. Just remember, it's just hair and it grows; the most important part is to do what you want. Good luck.
