I decided to get a short hair cut... will it grow back after about a month?

i decided to get a short haircut and it looks really horrible :(

do you think it'll be able to grow back (up to chest-length) in about a month?

how do you make it grow faster?

any methods/tips?

ugh ... T_TI decided to get a short hair cut... will it grow back after about a month?
no. your hair grows on average about 1-3cm per month.. (probably no more than 2cm actualy) which depending how short you cut it it might get to just below your ears.... you cant make it grow faster (despite the myths that say you can) hair grows at the speed it grows and thats itI decided to get a short hair cut... will it grow back after about a month?
Nope, it will take awhile. I did that before and it took forever.

They say that if you trim your hair under a full moon it will grow fast.

My mom used to sport long hair past her butt when she was young and that's what she'd do.
hair only grows about an inch a month.

make sure your eating healthy

masage your head with fingertips ( dont scratch )

masaging your head will cause blood flow %26amp; circulation to the hair

comb your hair every 3 days before bed

trim your hair

(trimming the ends of your hair even if you dont have

split ends, will help it prevent split ends, allowing it to grow)

things to avoid :

washing your hair frequently

( let your get dirty every other couple days to let natural oils come out )

do not wear hair in a ponytail, that will cause breakage

try to stay away from hair products

blow dryer %26amp; any kind of irons

oily and fatty foods can contribute to greasy skin and scalp
I'm afraid not. My classmate had a short cut too some five months ago and up to now it hasn't grown out, despite the fact that she hasn't had a trim since. I believe she resents it just as much as you do, though she's pretty glad she's learned how to live with it. Look at the bright side, my friend! Chemical treatments will have horrible side-effects that are much more terrible than having to bear the awful look your current haircut is giving you. This is just temporary, after all, in that it'll only last a few months, or probably a year, if it does take long. Most likely it will take long, yet who says you can't enjoy life while waiting for your hair to grow? In fact, the true excitement is watching over your hair as it grows out gradually and getting to see how different lengths of hair make you look as you do so. Who knows, you might discover a certain length that makes you look extraordinary and would want to keep it that way instead. Really, you'll never know what would happen while the suspense is still there. Look at the positive side of it, dear! Chemical products will only ruin your life even more. I'll tell you nothing beats doing things the natural way. :)

So, what method do you choose? If I were you, I wouldn't rely on chemical treatment to hasten the desired effect. I'd do it naturally. I wouldn't want to end up burdened with much regret. Therefore, I shall wrap this up with the statement that I am not imposing anything and the choice you make in growing your hair longer is all up to you.
Hahha, It depends on how short, you hair grows about one centimetre a month, not very much at all. Try massaging your scalp and brushing your hair. (:
Sorry, they usually say it grows half an inch a month, I think up to 1 inch. In the meantime, take special care with makeup, and wear earings, that helps if you don't like your short haircut. I know how you feel, I have done this.

Try to like the difference, even though you now know you prefer it longer. Easy to take care of, wash, dry etc. You can get ready to go out really quickly.
More like 6 months. Once you get past three your hair's own weight will make it grow faster.
it'll take longer than a month. Hair grows half an inch a month. Go to a GNC store and get vitamins that will make hair grow faster
I dont think its going to grown that quick. Maybe you should buy some hair extentions for now while you are waiting for it to grow, and remeber you have to get it trimmed every so often , this will help it grow quicker.
hair grows on average an inch a month
... then why are you cutting it if you want to grow it faster?

anyway just don't force your hair or put something on it... it might destroy it
usually it takes that long but it also depend on you and your life style

to help it to grow faster take a vitamins every days , try to find a multivitamin rich in Zn which help it to grow faster

you may also try a natural natural way , by adding garlic to olive oil and in the night ( after your hormnes fall down ) wash your hair and rub your scalp with them and get a towel wet with hot water and put it iver your head dont let air to get into k do that for 30 minutes and then rinsy your hair

best wishes
