I have seriously curly hair, too, so before I post any links, I just wanna say a couple things. There a few things you probably need to ask yourself. Number one, is your hair frizzy or relatively not? This may influence your decision. Sometimes REALLY frizzy hair (as in, no identifiable locks) can look pretty shocking :P Trust me, I've made that mistake before, not a soothing sight for sore eyes. Number two, what shape face do you have? If it is round, you should probably consider going longer than the back to frame your face. If you have a sweet chubby round face, going shorter than your chin is maybe not for you. If you have a pretty narrow face, or oval shaped, short curly hair would look real sweet.

A great example of short curly hair is Kirsten Dunst. She has a pretty round face, but has managed to find a short hairstyle that really flatters it. Below is the link.

if its really curly and you cut it short im sure it will look like a curly little afro, keep it long ! :D
yes... hair gets A LOT curlier the shorter it is.
