Should I get a short hair cut?

I have shoulder length hair in layers and want to get it cut really short like Rihanna but I have very curly hair.Should I get a short hair cut?

i wouldn't cut my hair above my shoulder with curly hair... it might end up as a fro, you know what i mean?

yes do it.if it's fro,just thin it out really well.
