Whats a good short hair cut for extentions?

k heres the deal i want to have my top layers black and bottom blond.


i was thinking that since i already have balck hair i could cut it short and the longer layers could be blond hair extentions. i just dont know what would be a good length for short hair to add hair extentions. i want a choppy razor cut style. leme know %26lt;3 send me pix if ya canWhats a good short hair cut for extentions?
The top hair has to be at least four inches long in order to cover the hair extensions. The bottom could be any length.
