Does anyone know of a great salon in New Jersey or New York that specializes in short hair cuts?

I have been shopping around for the longest trying to find a fantastic salon/stylist to do my hair. When i first got my hair cut i hated it so now that its growing back in I need to go to a stylist that actually knows what they are doing. I am african-american and I live in NJ so I would prefer if anyone knew of any stylists in the northern NJ area. I am looking for a Rihanna or Kelis type of look so if any of you know of a great hair salon with reasonable prices plz let me know.I notice alot of these NY salons charge SOOO much money. Also i am looking to get a nice styled cut,a jet black color throughout my whole head, an highlights in the frontDoes anyone know of a great salon in New Jersey or New York that specializes in short hair cuts?
im not so sure about northern new jersey but i live in middlesex county, so central, and i go to a salon called about faces in edison. they do a really amazing job, i go there and so do all my friends haha. plus they arent as expensive as some other places, i think $50 for a hair cut. good luck :)
