Wat would i look like with a butch style haircut? should i get one? or any better short hair cuts?

i am 13 and have long light brown curly hair ';jew fro'; should i get a butch cut? i like the brad pitt type length.

I wouldn't refer to your hair as you did, it just looks like healthy wavy hair. Few guys have the head shape, face shape, frontal hairline, neck shape or facial features that are enough in harmony to suit a butch haircut. I can't see your hairline at all to know how it might relate to your skull shape, nor your facial features with the sunglasses. Usually when a butch haircut doesn't fully suit, it is due to the slope of the skull to the front hairline. Your face shape appears to be oval, so most styles should be possible. In any event almost all guys can wear one of the short pomp styles- crew cut, ivy league(long crew cut), flat top crew cut- that is designed for them. In these styles, the skull shape isn't critical because the top isn't cut all the same length as with a butch. It is graduated in length to form the short pomp front. I suggest going for an ivy league and then if you want to go for a shorter crew cut or try a flat top crew cut or other short style like a forward brush you can. There is really nothing to lose in trying even a flat top crew cut or other short style if a guy is going to a barber for a butch haircut since the top can be buzzed down to a butch style even before leaving the barber's chair, and he just might like the other short style. Some guys who cannot wear a plain butch haircut because of the shape of the skull can wear a butch that has a bit of quickly graduated length just before the front hairline, referred to as a butch with a bumper:

Whichever style you decide on, be sure to take a photo to help describe it to the barber. Don't rely on haircut terms alone. To determine hair lengths in photos, compare the hair length to the face length or vertical height of the ear and adjust proportionally. Assume most faces are in the 7'; to 9'; range from the hairline to the tip of the chin and ears in the 2.5'; -3'; range.
