i hav recently read that if u brush it about 100 times a day it will grow. im am in despret need of long hait. i want it really bad and i dont want extentions. so does it wwoorrkk. can i do it as and experamentDoes brushing hair make it grow???? ?

- use conditioner daily and shampoo 3-4 times weekly

- use a deep conditioner

- trim off split ends

- use a leave in anti-split ends protector on the ends of your hair

- brush in the conditioner in the shower

- detangle knots still while the conditioner is in with a comb

- rinse conditioner out with cold water

- don't heat style excessively

- drink water

- use a hot oil treatment once a week
